HCS is Japan’s pre-eminent custom exposition and has placed Yokohama at the epicenter of motor culture. This time around, HCS marked its 30th anniversary. Foreign visitors returned, and the atmosphere was as electric as (if not more electric than) it had been before the pandemic. Among the packed crowd were numerous dazzling stars that builders had poured their hearts and souls into creating, and we bring you the “Ripper’ Best Selection,” a collection of bikes from the show we chose at our discretion.
